  • How can I upgrade my form?
    You can Upgrade the APP from WIX Editor page => Form’s Settings. Or, you can check the tutorial on how to do the Upgrade from Wix Dashboard.
     
  • I’ve upgraded my form. How can I receive the older submissions on email?
    Unfortunately, the emails are not generated after the Free Package (100-entry limit) expires. But all the entries are saved to your Form Creator Dashboard so you won’t lose any of your received data.
     
  • Can I copy the form I created to other pages?
    Yes, sure! You are free to copy/paste the form multiple times on all the pages of your website.
     
  • How can I manage my submissions apart from receiving them via email?
    You can have a full management over your received data from your Form Creator Dashboard. Simply click on VIEW ENTRIES from WIX Editor Page => Form’s Settings or go to Wix Dashboard => APPs => Form Creator to open the Dashboard. Also, here’s the tutorial for you to check.
     
  • Can I add multiple forms?
    For sure! You can add unlimited forms with both Free and Premium versions. Just go to Wix Editor page => Add Apps => Forms section, find our Boom Form Creator and hit ADD AGAIN button.
     
  • How many entries can I receive?
    With Free package you can get up to 100 entries, whereas with Premium package your entries are UNLIMITED.
     
  • Is the app USD2.99 one time or yearly?
    The price $2.99 is a monthly fee for annual subscription, while the standard monthly package costs $3.49. So if you upgrade the APP annually you'll get 14% discount and pay 12*$2.99 = $35.88 once.
     
  • How can I send responses to my users?
    This function is available for you, only if you are a Premium user. All you have to do is going to Form’s settings => Advanced => Confirmation E-Mail section, click on ENABLE and customize the content you want to send.
     
  • Can I export my data into other formats in addition to receiving an email with the output?
    Sure you can! If you have already upgraded your form to Premium you can easily export your submissions into CSV, XLS and TEXT formats. Please, check the tutorial here
     
  • I have multiple websites, does the premium package refer to all of them?
    The Premium package is activated for one website only and not for the account. So, if you want to have Premium plan on multiple websites, you should upgrade it for each site separately.

  • Is it possible to start the week on Monday?
    Yes, you can easily change the first day of week from the settings. Please, check the tutorial
     
  • How can I change the time format?
    The time format needs to be changed from the Location Based Settings section of your General settings panel.
     
  • Can I sync the calendar to my Google Calendar?
    Sure! Our Premium plan includes syncing with Google Calendar. But if you’re a Free package user you can still import your Google Calendar events.
     
  • Are 7 events for free per month?
    No, the 7 entry limitation in Free package is in total. Once it expires you need an Upgrade.
     
  • How can I create repeating events?
    You need to repeat the event from the Manage Events tab of your Calendar settings. You can follow the tutorial here
     
  • Can I exclude the weekends from the Calendar?
    Yes, you can chose to “Hide” the weekends from the Main section of the Settings tab.
     
  • Can I set the calendar to display my events' month instead of the current month?
    Sure you can! That should be done from the Manage Events section of your Calendar settings, please, check the tutorial.
     
  • Can I duplicate my events?
    Yes, you can set the calendar to be displayed on any day you need. You just need to use “Set Default Date” function from the “Advanced” settings. Here is the tutorial
     
  • The calendar frame doesn’t load on the website. It’s blank. What can I do?
    Generally, these kind of malfunctions occur because of specific issues like internet connection or wrong cache store. However, it can easily be resolved when you clear your cache and reload the page or switch to a faster connection. If this won’t solve the issue don’t hesitate to send a ticket to our support team .

  • Do you offer a yearly subscription?
    We don't have a Yearly plan for Premium package, yet. Currently the only payment option is $ 4.99 per month.
     
  • How can I upgrade my form?
    It’s too simple! When you click on the form from your Editor page you’ll see the UPGRADE button. Or, you can open the “Form” section from your Weebly Dashboard and click on the UPGARDE there.
     
  • I’ve upgraded my form but haven’t received the emails held on the server. How can I receive them?
    Unfortunately, the emails are not generated after the Free Package (100-entry limit) expires, but not a single entry is lost. We properly encrypt and save all the entries to our database and you can view them from your Dashboard.
     
  • Can I copy the form I created to other pages?
    Yes! You can copy the form and paste it on different the pages of your website.
     
  • Is the form integrated with PayPal?
    Yes! You can purchase the PayPal addon from the “Addons” section of your General Settings.
